Returns:

Contact us first, by phone or email, so we can confirm your refund, and arrange the easiest way to refund your purchase, an to confirm the best way to make a return to us. - Do you have a deadline for returns?
The deadline for any return is 10 days from the date of shipment. Returns must be made with the original packaging, unaltered. - Do I have to pay anything for my return?
We cannot cover the cost of return postage, but we will refund the cost of your purchase minus postage and packaging. - How will I receive my refund?
As long as you contact us before you make your return, we will arrange the easiest way to make a refund payment to you. - When will I receive my refund?
After we approve the return, and receive the returned product, we will contact you via email to confirm that your refund has been made in the manner we agreed when you first contacted us. - What should I do if my refund is wrong?
Please just send us an email, and we will do all we can to correct any error.
