Keeping eczema prone skin hydrated is really important - we want to protect the skin barrier and lock in moisture. So avoid anything with fragrances, perfumes, harsh chemicals that will aggravate your skin. Sometimes even products that are labelled "sensitive" actually contain common irritants!
Use our High Factor Peony Root Skin Remedy as your treatment cream with either the Everyday Peony Root Moisturiser or the Peony Lotion

All our range can be used on all skin types - not just eczema or sensitive skin. The Peony Lotion is a light moisturiser and feels fantastic on your face. The Everyday Peony Root Moisturiser is a heavier option and particularly good for very dry skin.

Simply put - the Peony Lotion is our lightest option and the only one with Vitamin E, good for all over and particularly nice on your face. Our Pure Peony Moisturiser is the heaviest option and is particularly good for very dry skin, can be used on the face and whole body. Our Peony Mousse has calendula extract and is whipped so a mid weight option and formulated for your neck and face.

As much as you need to keep your skin hydrated! We recommend morning and night - and for very dry skin and skin that is exposed to harsh conditions then more frequently.
